I have been going to Primera Plastic Surgery for several years now. Their staff is so knowledgeable, accommodating and caring. Even though I'm getting poked and pricked when I go, I actually look forward to going there. Nicole at the front desk is an absolute doll, and the gals who do my fillers go the extra mile to make sure I am comfortable but also get the results I want!

I’ve been coming to Primera Plastic Surgery since September for fillers and every single time I go there I’ve had such a wonderful experience. All the staff that I’ve met or come in contact with so far have been so extremely nice, helpful, and always provide really great customer service. My first visit and every visit I’ve had since then has always gone so so smoothly. Alina, the nurse practitioner has always done my fillers and she does such an amazing job. She fully informs you of every detail, offers her honest opinion, advice and recommendations (which I extremely appreciate), always answers all of my questions, and does the most precise and beautiful job with fillers. So far I’ve gotten Botox, and fillers in my chin, lips, and nose and I absolutely can’t express how good it looks in the most natural and subtle way. I also wanted to mention how helpful and sweet her assistant is as well, a day after my little procedure I got a call from her to check up on me and that was super appreciated. If you’re thinking about getting fillers I most definitely recommend going to Primera, or getting a consult with Alina

Dr Gross is an artist, a sculptor, and an amazing doctor in every way! I absolutely love my new nose and profile! I'm so grateful for him and his staff! They truly make you feel like a part of their family and not just another patient. It's been an amazing experience, journey and process. Their facility is run very professionally and everything is handled with the utmost attention to detail in every way! They go above and beyond client service!

I'm a person who doesn't take reviews lightly so I actually waited until 3 weeks after my rhinoplasty to finally leave my opinion and review. I've been a woman who has overcome many trials during my life including domestic violence at a young age and I've suffered many anaphylaxis episodes with extreme allergies. So when I say "my anxiety is extreme" is putting it mildly. I hadn't liked my side profile and tip for quite some time and with injuries to my tip I wasn't happy for years. l often looked at pictures of surgeons work and went to quite a few surgeons for consultations throughout the years. I finally found Dr. Gross who immediately treated me differently when I arrived addressing all my issues and reassuring my concerns. I'm 3 weeks out and I must say it's one of my better decisions and I feel so important and impowered with my new look. I would recommend this entire practice in a heart beat again because at every step of the way each person working in the office was wonderful and extremely helpful.

It has been the first time that I have operated my nose, well in general I have taken my first operation. Since I was little I did not like my nose but I was afraid to make this change and look bad. However, it was easy for me with Dr. Gross, he was very attentive and kind to me as his entire team! has an excellent team. I was not afraid and I like the result more and more. He does an excellent job, I recommend him 100%.

I was nervous for my rhinoplasty due to an anesthesia mishap with a previous surgery years ago but Dr. Gross and his staff put me at ease and everything went amazing. As far as my new 3 week post op nose (pictured below) I have to say Dr. Gross is a Godsend! My nose literally looks exactly how I envisioned it to look and it’s only gonna get better as the swelling goes down! I’m seriously so happy that I read reviews, did my research, and chose the perfect Doctor for this delicate surgery!
I had my consultation about 2 months ago and everyone was so friendly from the moment I walked in. I immediately felt like I chose the right place just from how comfortable I was and how knowledgeable Dr. Gross and his staff are! I’m scheduled for surgery today and excited to see the results! I’ll post another review after. 3 week update!!! Literally a dream nose!!! If you look at my nose and compare it to the consultation photos it’s already so spot on even with swelling still in my tip. I keep telling my family and friends I’m so mad I didn’t meet Dr. Gross sooner!
