For quite some time I’ve been insecure about my nose. Anytime friends and family would take photos, I was the first one to quickly ask “can I see it?”. I had to review photos taken and see how my nose would appear in photos. I finally decided that enough was enough. I wanted to be confident about my appearance and not feel like I needed to be an editor of photos taken. Dr. Gross and his team have been phenomenal since my first interaction with them. I felt comfortable and confident that they understood my goals for my surgery. My surgery experience was great. I understood what to expect and had great post care instructions. My recovery was so easy and I couldn’t believe that I didn’t experience bruising or swelling. I’m now 3 months post surgery and continue to get excited over my appearance. Photo opportunities are now limitless and I don’t shy away from taking photos. Any angle is now a great angle! Thank you so much for everything you’ve done for me!

I recently had a rhinoplasty consultation with Dr. Gross and am ecstatic I’ve chosen Primera Plastic Surgery for my procedure! Though the wait for a consultation was about a month, it was well worth it. Dr. Gross personally spent over an hour with me delving deep and asking questions to better understand my motivation for wanting rhinoplasty, reviewing the procedure in depth, setting realistic expectations of results, and making me feel comfortable with every aspect of the process. The simulated post-op photos and gifs he makes are amazing and I immediately shared them with family and friends. Dr. Gross even asked personal questions about where I went to school and how I’ve been handling COVID, which made me feel like a real person and not just another paycheck. I have had a terrible experience with plastic surgery before where the surgeon did not hear my needs and did what he wanted. This was the polar opposite experience. It’s clear that Dr. Gross truly cares for his patients and wants them to feel better about themselves after seeking his expertise. The rest of the staff are also incredibly welcoming, friendly, and supportive. I can’t wait to have my rhinoplasty procedure with Dr. Gross! I highly recommend booking a consult at Primera Plastic Surgery if you’re on the fence.

I’m 35 years old and I have wanted rhinoplasty to remove my nose bump since I was a teenager. I didn’t do it before because I was afraid of the outcome, until I met Dr. Gross. He did an outstanding job with my rhinoplasty and my results (four weeks post op) are amazing and what I wanted. From the consultation through the procedure and then follow up appointments I could not be happier. The experience with Dr. Gross and his staff met my expectations and more.
