My experience at Primera was excellent from start to finish. I chose Dr. Gross because of his expertise in facial plastic surgeries. Dr. Gross made me feel comfortable and answered all my questions and concerns. The staff was thorough explaining all the directions pre/post surgery. The surgery itself was a breeze compared to what I expected, thanks to all the guidance I received from all the staff. In the end, I am very happy with the results! I absolutely hated my nose since I can remember, and Dr. Gross was able to give me the nose I always wanted. My only regret was not doing this procedure sooner. Had a awesome experience today with Jessica White, Nurse Practitioner. Had a Botox treatment she made me feel relaxed and comfortable doing the whole treatment. From informing me of what she was doing and how I would benefit from the treatment. I’m excited to see the results.
