I have been coming to Primera for lip filler and realizing that Dr. Gross specializes in faces as well as has over 20 years of experience, my choice was obvious when picking Primera for my rhinoplasty. The staff is always helpful, caring and super professional. I had my first ever rhinoplasty consult with Dr. Gross in November 2019 and decided from then on I wouldn't have anyone else as my plastic surgeon for my nose, i literally didn't bother booking a consult with any other surgeon. Button nose of my dreams. Still looks suitable for my face. Gross has got the eye for this stuff! Looks better than the photoshop. Staff is very understanding and accommodating. Pretty much painless recovery, bruising was my biggest issue.
