A little apprehensive I made an appointment to get some information and possibly a filler. I was so surprised and delighted that I made this visit after I was greeted and care was given to all my questions and concerns. These women, from the initial phone appointment to the front desk to the ladies that treated me, were knowledgeable, welcoming, have very positive attitudes, not pushy and gave me answers and suggestions but never made me feel rushed in my decisions. I will be back. I also encourage anyone who is seeking fillers or information to head their way!

My surgery went exactly as planned. Everyone was super nice and very cooperative. Everything was explained to me and all my questions were answered. Alina did laser surgery on my nose and did an absolutely excellent job! I would highly recommend this practice to anyone.

I am a 65 yr old women who went in for a consult for a phenol chemical peel. From moment one Dr Gross and his entire staff were welcoming, took a genuine interest, offered me options, which included what I should expect realistically. The procedure went well. They monitored my healing VERY closely. I was treated with the utmost respect when coming in for post op appointments….I never once had to sit in the waiting room during the first few weeks of recovery. (When you look your worst). I have had no complications and am very satisfied with the results. This procedure helped to smooth and tighten my aged and sun damaged skin. I highly recommend Primera for your facial cosmetic surgery needs. I am so glad I decided to go to the best. It’s a 2 hr drive for me but when it comes to your health, your face, driving distance while an obvious consideration, the expertise of the surgeon should remain paramount. I came in for the first time in March. Just visited again. Jessica is phenomenal. I can’t say enough. There will never be words to express what she has done for me and my confidence. The knowledge she’s given me about everything and going over everything step by step and taking the actual time like no other place I’ve ever been to. Answering any and all questions. I’ve been to a few places since moving to Florida and never again. I hope to see Jessica for years to come. She’s a true gem

There is nothing I would change about my new nose I have wanted a rhinoplasty for about a decade now. I would always research and then chicken out. I finally took the plunge and set up a consultation with Dr. Gross. He heard my concerns and created a digital image of what he could provide for me. I accepted him as my doctor and I am incredibly thankful I did. I am now 2 months post op and my confidence and self image has increased exponentially. There is nothing I would change about my new nose. It is literally perfect for me. See pictures for before and afters and healing process.
