UPDATE from Glennal Verbois post: One year later, I could not be happier with the results of my rhinoplasty! I got my nose done at the end of October in 2020. Even in the height of COVID, Primera was very safe and made me feel completely comfortable. The work Dr. Gross does is incredible. Dr. Gross and his entire team have been amazing from start to finish. There has been constant communication and great customer service from Primera throughout this whole process. Before the procedure, I had only ever had wisdom teeth surgery, so I was coming in with very little to go off of. I did the consultation by myself without my mom, which I wasn’t originally anticipating, but Primera made the process very comfortable. I was self conscious about the bump on my bridge and the way my nostrils were two different sizes because of previous nose trauma I had in high school; before my consultation, I didn’t even realize what all was wrong with my nose. But, my breathing had been really affected by doing sports in high school. On the day of the procedure, I was feeling nervous, but the professionalism of the Primera staff really calmed my nerves. My nose ended up having a very deviated septum, which Dr. Gross helped to fix in surgery. I didn't even understand or know how badly I was breathing through my nose before - I now have much better breathing through both of my nostrils and feel like I can really take a full breath. Rhinoplasty recovery is not pretty, but Dr. Gross followed up with me the night of my surgery and answered all of my questions for aftercare/healing that came up. I swelled up pretty bad but it went down by the time the cast was off. I used a lot of ice and followed his post-op directions carefully - ice packs/masks and food you can eat easily is a must! I would say my nose was pretty much back to "normal" in terms of swelling about a month-six weeks after the operation (middle picture with black shirt). But, I barely bruised at all and my face looked fine as soon as the cast was taken off, a week after surgery. I am so, so, so happy with my results! I have no bump and a cute tip, which is exactly what I've always wanted. I truly think my nose is perfect now and have no complaints at all. Sometimes, I still can’t even believe my nose is mine! I'm blown away with the work of this office and recommend them to anyone who is looking for any work done in the Orlando area. Also the medspa facials/massages are life-changing! My skin felt so amazing after every treatment I’ve gotten there. I even have a gift card to use at the spa now, which I will be using soon. I have such newfound confidence thanks to this procedure. Love Dr. Gross and all of his staff is amazing. First met him in 2003 and would not trust anyone else to touch my face, whether it’s surgery, Botox or anything in between- they offer it all and are the best at what they do.

Absolutely amazing. Dr Gross and his staff, are the best around. Had much work done on my face and everything is beautiful. Eyes, neck, lower face lift, middle face lift and a phenol peel. I still look like me but WOW what a great me! I have nothing negative to say at all, and I would do it again!!! Thanks so much for taking care of me!!!

I have known Dr. Gross for many years on a professional level and I decided if ever needed a facelift, he was going to be the one I wanted to do it for me. At my first surgery consultation yesterday, I was treated with dignity, kindness, professionalism, and respect. Expectations and costs were made very clear and I left feeling more confident than ever that Dr. Gross is the ONLY one I will trust with my face! His team is wonderful as well. Shalyn has helped with getting through everything I need to successfully complete the surgical process, including pre and post-operative scheduling. If you need facial care or surgery, Dr. Gross is the one to trust.

If you’re thinking of having any cosmetic work done… I’d highly recommend Primera and Dr Gross! What I think he’s the best at, is a normal/natural look...not what I call a “surprised or pulled too tight” look, which was my biggest fear! I constantly have customers of mine that haven’t seen me for over a year say...”you look great, even younger than the last I saw you”! Also, the whole staff couldn’t be easier or kinder to work with! THANK YOU for all you do, helping us to look and feel OUR BEST!!!

I have been sooo insecure about my nose since I can remember, I always struggled when my friends or family wanted to take pictures with me, I hated the way it made me look I would often get in a bad mood whenever I would see pictures of myself and wouldn’t even pick up my hair just to try to hide it. I can’t put into words how I feel after my surgery with Dr. Gross, my confidence has gone up 100%, my rhinoplasty was my first ever cosmetic procedure and I was very scared to go through with it because I would hear people say it’s one of the most painful surgeries you can do, however I can say my recovery was amazing I did not even take pain pills and did not get bruised or swollen, Dr. Gross has angel hands!!! The staff is amazing since I came in for the first time for my consultation they made me feel so safe and answered all my questions before and after the surgery, they are extremely patient and kind and would go the extra mile just to make you feel comfortable!!! My surgery was one month and a half ago and I feel amazing, I love my nose even though It’s not fully healed I’m so happy with it already ♥️ This has been truly one of the best experiences of my life I would recommend Dr. Gross and his staff to anyone with my eyes closed!!
