I heard great things about Dr. Gross’ expertise and bedside manner. Today my consultation with Dr. Gross was even more than I expected. Time was not an issue. He gave me undivided attention. He was thorough and answered all my questions. His facilities are state-of-the-art. The staff members are professional and considerate. If you need any facial plastic surgery, feel confident with Dr. Gross who only does faces.

After searching among so many doctors who specialize in rhinoplasty, I decided to make an appointment with Dr. Edward Gross and the consultation was phenomenal, the doctor answered all my questions and I felt very satisfied after seeing and reviewing many of the surgeries that he has done to other patients, I definitely made the decision to have the surgery with Dr. Gross, I believe that I am in good hands and the results will be amazing, another thing that should be mentioned is that all the staff of Dr. Gross's office are very professional. Thanks Dr Gross I am anxious to see the results….. highly recommend Dr. Gross…

I had such a good experience with Dr Gross's office. They removed two xanthelasma lesions from my upper eyelids with CO2 laser. Alina told me what to expect during the procedure, and she and Kyn were very thorough and gentle. The procedure itself was quick and painless, and the recovery was pretty easy. They gave good care instructions for recovery. Kyn called the next day to check up on me...

My nose has always been something I’ve been hyper-focused on, and I have wanted to get a rhinoplasty since I was in middle school. My nose has a bump, is a little crooked, and has two completely different sized nostrils. Now that I’m 21 and ready to have the procedure, I made sure to do my research on who the best surgeon in the Orlando area is. I was very impressed by Dr. Gross’s picture portfolio as well as his extensive medical work in the community throughout the years. So far, I am so happy that I came to Dr. Gross! The only surgery I’ve gotten has been my wisdom teeth removal, so I was nervous to come in for a consultation a few weeks ago, especially without my mom due to COVID restrictions. Dr Gross’s staff, including Shalyn, Melissa, and the entire front office, have made me feel so comfortable and right at home. I was able to see a before and after computer-generated picture of what my nose can look like after the procedure at the consultation, and it was everything I’ve been expecting and more. Every question I could have possibly asked about pricing, the procedure, before and after care, COVID restrictions, etc. were answered before I could even ask them. My surgery had the opportunity to be expedited and was booked within 24 hours of the consultation. My mom (a physician) has also been very impressed with everyone she has spoken to over the phone and was able to get her questions answered as well. I have been treated like a star and no detail has been overlooked. They provide you with a welcome bag full of goodies at the consultation and a bag full of medical supplies for after-care purposes at your pre-op appointment. Having all of my questions answered and a detailed explanation of every step has really put me at ease. I even got a really nice and relaxing facial to decompress and prep my skin for surgery from the MedSpa staff. I literally fell asleep during it, I was so comfortable. My mind has been put totally at ease, and I am so excited for my procedure tomorrow!

UPDATE from Glennal Verbois post: One year later, I could not be happier with the results of my rhinoplasty! I got my nose done at the end of October in 2020. Even in the height of COVID, Primera was very safe and made me feel completely comfortable. The work Dr. Gross does is incredible. Dr. Gross and his entire team have been amazing from start to finish. There has been constant communication and great customer service from Primera throughout this whole process. Before the procedure, I had only ever had wisdom teeth surgery, so I was coming in with very little to go off of. I did the consultation by myself without my mom, which I wasn’t originally anticipating, but Primera made the process very comfortable. I was self conscious about the bump on my bridge and the way my nostrils were two different sizes because of previous nose trauma I had in high school; before my consultation, I didn’t even realize what all was wrong with my nose. But, my breathing had been really affected by doing sports in high school. On the day of the procedure, I was feeling nervous, but the professionalism of the Primera staff really calmed my nerves. My nose ended up having a very deviated septum, which Dr. Gross helped to fix in surgery. I didn't even understand or know how badly I was breathing through my nose before - I now have much better breathing through both of my nostrils and feel like I can really take a full breath. Rhinoplasty recovery is not pretty, but Dr. Gross followed up with me the night of my surgery and answered all of my questions for aftercare/healing that came up. I swelled up pretty bad but it went down by the time the cast was off. I used a lot of ice and followed his post-op directions carefully - ice packs/masks and food you can eat easily is a must! I would say my nose was pretty much back to "normal" in terms of swelling about a month-six weeks after the operation (middle picture with black shirt). But, I barely bruised at all and my face looked fine as soon as the cast was taken off, a week after surgery. I am so, so, so happy with my results! I have no bump and a cute tip, which is exactly what I've always wanted. I truly think my nose is perfect now and have no complaints at all. Sometimes, I still can’t even believe my nose is mine! I'm blown away with the work of this office and recommend them to anyone who is looking for any work done in the Orlando area. Also the medspa facials/massages are life-changing! My skin felt so amazing after every treatment I’ve gotten there. I even have a gift card to use at the spa now, which I will be using soon. I have such newfound confidence thanks to this procedure.
