Button nose of my dreams. Still looks suitable for my face. Gross has got the eye for this stuff! Looks better than the photoshop. Staff is very understanding and accommodating. Pretty much painless recovery, bruising was my biggest issue.

I met with Dr. Gross for a consultation for a deviated septum and also for corrective rhinoplasty. I underwent a prior rhinoplasty when I was 18 and after several years noticed a change in my nose. For quite some time I’ve been insecure about my nose. Anytime friends and family would take photos, I was the first one to quickly ask “can I see it?”. I had to review photos taken and see how my nose would appear in photos. I finally decided that enough was enough. I wanted to be confident about my appearance and not feel like I needed to be an editor of photos taken. Dr. Gross and his team have been phenomenal since my first interaction with them. I felt comfortable and confident that they understood my goals for my surgery. My surgery experience was great. I understood what to expect and had great post care instructions. My recovery was so easy and I couldn’t believe that I didn’t experience bruising or swelling. I’m now 3 months post surgery and continue to get excited over my appearance.
