I recently had a Sculptra treatment with Kristine. I have been receiving these treatments on a regular basis for several years. The difference these treatments make for my skin have been a game changer. Kristine is a wonderful nurse practitioner. She takes her time, explains the treatment in detail and gives her best recommendations!

I highly recommend IPL treatments for a glowing complexion and skin revitalization! I received this treatment from Tami at Primera Med Spa and she shared with me before we started the process of the procedure, what it would ultimately do for me, and the expected downtime. This will take approximately 45-60 minutes of your time, with minimal discomfort. This procedure decreases brown spots, sun damage and vessels for a more even skin tone. Tami took great care to adjust the treatment specifically for me for best results. Consultations are great for those who are not sure and/or need guidance for their aesthetic concerns. Thank you, Tami for your expertise and knowledge in providing the inside info about this incredible treatment and for catering it specifically to me!

I Had an Amazing Experience Amazing experience! Dr.Gross is an amazing surgeon and very professional. Amazing staff as well , would definitely recommend Dr.Gross to anyone. My results look great and I am so happy with them. Would not ever choose another surgeon!
This is my second surgery with Dr. Gross. I have to say I'm very satisfied with his work. Both times, he has corrected previous procedures performed by other surgeons and has always been honest, professional, and impeccable in his work. (Rhinoplasty) To put it simply, Dr. Gross changed my life. For as long as I can remember, I carried the weight of an insecurity that seemed impossible to shake. I’ve only had a consultation, but I will say it was incredibly thorough and professional. I never give five stars until post-surgery, so we shall see! I feel very confident in his abilities because I saw him 20 years ago and felt the same way. Very happy with what I’ve seen thus far.
