I had a consultation with Dr.Gross for my rhinoplasty and it was very well done. He explained all details of the procedure and showed me the future images of my face on the screen. I was impressed with the professionalism and thoughtfulness. His Patient Care Coordinator, Shalyn, is absolutely amazing and provided all necessary information for my decision. I felt very comfortable from the first step into the clinic and just wanted to say Thank You. Looking forward to my rhinoplasty in a few months.

Extremely happy with my experience at Primera Med Spa in Lake Mary. Joy is wonderful and really takes the time to explain and make you feel comfortable during your procedure. She is such a ray of sunshine. Everyone is so pleasant from the moment you arrive until you leave from the front desk to the staff in the back. I highly recommend Primera for all your skincare needs. Dr. Gross and his staff were simply exemplary in professionalism and explainations of servicees and expected outcome. The proposed outcome were impressive. Dr. Gross definitely made me comfortable about all aspects of the procedure. Happy I chose to consult with this practice before moving forward with my procedure.

I have been going there for years… I’ve had Botox, filler, CO2 laser, eyelid reduction and a reverse rhinoplasty. They are excellent at everything thing they do! They are kind, professional and the results are great! I highly recommend their office.

The young ladies that took care of me were great. I was very impressed on the young lady that did my filler. She was very thorough on every single step. She even gave me a cream to put on after the procedure.

I chose Dr. Gross because I’ve known of his expertise a long time (via my nursing career). I’m so happy I picked him as my surgeon. I went in for the consult with the idea of what I wanted, and he and his assistant spent a long time with me, asking questions and examining me. Dr. Gross gave me his suggestions, and I had a lower blepharoplasty and a chin implant. I had pre-op counseling and a pre-op facial 1 week before the surgery. It was very relaxing. The surgery experience was a very positive one, and his staff kept tabs on me by calling to see how I was doing. It’s about a month after the procedure, and although there’s some healing still to go, I’m very pleased with the results. I highly recommend Dr. Gross and his excellent staff for any plastic surgery needs you may have.
