I searched for the top facial plastic surgeons who specializing in men. I picked Dr. Gross a double board-certified facial plastic and reconstructive surgeon over an office in Boca Raton and Atlanta. I drove 5 hours from Georgia to his office for a consultation, after the computer imaging and Dr.Gross sharing his experience and knowledge; I was confident he could give me the results I wanted. I got a rhinoplasty and chin augmentation on 4/7/23 and I could not be any happier with the results. I always felt like I was in good hands prior to the surgery and after. I was given all the supplies I needed down to the q tips to get me through my first week post op. The recover was not nearly as bad as I expected, the pain was minimum and I was always able to reach a nurse if needed. I am extremely happy with my results and I would do it all over again. Terri is always smiling when you enter the office bring a positive presence. Shalyn helped me every step up to my surgery date ensuring everything was taken care of and answering all my questions in a timely manner. On surgery day, Doug and Sara took care of me. They made me feel comfortable and answered any questions I had. I also spoke with Dr. Gross prior to my surgery and covered what I wanted again. I don't think I could have had a better surgery team including Dr. Gross. I have made several trips back after my surgery and Tami has done great facials and is a pleasure to talk to. I never felt rushed or like any procedures were pushed on me. Dr. Gross and his staff put their patients first. If I have any future facial surgeries Dr. Gross will be the first surgeon turn to.

I am so happy I chose Dr. Edward Gross office! I wish I could give 100 Stars! The Nurse practitioner Alina that did my surgery was so gentle and wonderful! Everyone in that office is deserving of stars! They are very professional and treat everyone equally and all my concerns were met! I am pleased with the final results! Thank you all so much!!!

The team is great I love how helpful they are answering any questions or concerns but what I love the most is the fallow up after any procedure no matter how small it is. Great job girls!
