I had hair transplants in the past that caused scarring. I came here to get fraxel laser done to smooth the scarring. I have had 3 sessions done and I can definitely see major improvement in my skin texture. I still have a couple months to see more results. Joy (Nurse Practitioner) and Karen (Medical Assistant) were wonderful. Not only did I receive great results, their patient care was phenomenal. Despite the slight pain from the laser, it was still a great experience interacting with them during the laser process. Highly recommend this place for fraxel laser.

I really enjoy visiting with Dr. Gross's staff. They make you feel comfortable and welcomed. Joy is my practitioner and I trust her very much in knowledge of the latest procedures. We also have to stop laughing in order conduct those procedures, we always catch up and have a great visit.

I was recommended to Dr. Gross by a friend who had a rhinoplasty completed a few years prior. Dr. Gross was confident and knowledgeable about expectations regarding my airway correction surgery. I am three months postop and couldn’t be happier with my results. Definitely recommend him and his team.
