I consulted with Dr. Gross regarding upper and lower eyelid surgery. What caught my attention when I was doing my research is the fact that he specializes on face procedures. The process from first contacting his practice, communicating with staff for assistance with the preliminary documents leading to, and reception on the day of the consultation was very positive. Because this was the first time I visited a plastic surgeon, I was moderately anxious. However, when I met Dr. Gross, his disposition and down-to-earth approach reassured me. After listening to my wants, answering all my questions, and a close examination, he suggested the treatment plan best suited for my needs. He explained in detail how the procedure would be done, including a computerized real visualization of before and after results. I feel confident to assess that Dr. Gross is a no non-sense medical professional who is not out to sell his clients a service they don’t need, but genuinely desires to help you look your best. It’s been 4 weeks since Dr. Gross performed my upper and lower blepharoplasty, and I am extremely pleased with the results. Although I am still recovering, and it will take some time for the swelling to completely go away, I already look many years younger! He did a beautiful job. Again, the entire process and interactions with the staff leading up to the day of surgery, and post-surgery visits have been a great experience. I want to thank all the staff for their professionalism and friendliness. I chose well when I chose Dr. Gross to do my blepharoplasty. If you are thinking about undergoing any kind of facial enhancement procedure and are looking for a trustworthy provider, I highly recommend Dr. Gross.

I had my Treatment with Nurse Practitioner Olivia ,she is a absolute gem.I Was so nervous but she made me feel real comfortable and confident in her treatments. I Highly recommend Primera Plastic Surgery and Med Spa for All your treatments!!

I had a cosmetic rhinoplasty with Dr. Gross about 8 months ago and I could not be more pleased with my results and my experience. I am still in the healing process, but my nose looks better than I could've ever imagined! I've wanted this procedure for most of my life and since having it done I have felt more confident than ever before. Dr. Gross has an incredible team of providers, nurses, and patient care coordinators behind him that made the whole process comfortable and easy. Best decision I ever made!

I went to Dr. Gross for a revision rhinoplasty and he honestly changed my life. I had a nose job 10 years ago that went horribly wrong. It left my nose crooked, and with a very obvious dent right in the center of the tip. It was ruining my life and destroying my confidence. I was so self-conscious of how I looked, what lighting I was in, taking pictures, etc. I decided to choose Dr. Gross because his website contained the biggest gallery of pictures, which made me feel comfortable because you can see that he has tons of experience dealing with all sorts of noses. My first consultation with him completely sealed the deal. He was so professional and personable. He made me feel completely comfortable to talk about my biggest insecurity. He took measurements, talked me through everything, told me what went wrong with my original nose job, and worked with me to determine what the best outcome would be for me. He gave me hope when I thought all hope was lost. It's been one year since my surgery with Dr. Gross and I feel like I'm reborn. I'm so obsessed with my nose. It looks SO natural and looks like the nose I was always supposed to have. Words can't express how glad I am to have found Dr. Gross. If you want a rhinoplasty or need a revision, GO SEE DR. GROSS. Even if it's out of your way and you have to drive a little bit like I did, it will be worth it. This is what he specializes in. He's an expert in this. And if you think all hope is lost like I did, I'm telling you it's not. Dr. Gross changed my life. There aren't enough words to express my gratitude.
