Rhinoplasty has been something I have wanted for most of my life. I went to Dr.Gross and he made my lifelong dream come true! I now look in the mirror and feel like this is what I was meant to look like, this is the nose I was supposed to have all along. I love it! Fully healed, little over a year later. And I am more secure, less self conscious especially of my profile, not even an issue now. This is what I was meant to have all along. Last pic at the pool, enjoying life!

I got my rhinoplasty with Dr. Gross and it was the best decision I could’ve ever made! From the very beginning I did lots of research on different doctors and ended up being recommended by a friend of a friend. I was told he did an amazing job on their rhinoplasty so I figured I’d go and check him out. The first initial consultation, he was very personable, knowledgeable, and made you feel very comfortable to ask any question you may have. His confidence with his abilities spoke volumes to the outcome of my surgery. I appreciated that he had a back ground in ear, nose, & throat as well. It gave me confidence that not only was he certified in plastic surgery, but he also was knowledgeable about the internal aspect of my nose. What also stood out to me was his pro-bono services for wounded veterans and domestic violence victims. That sealed the deal for me. Knowledgeable, Confident, and Compassionate to the highest degree. As for my surgical experience, from the second I stepped into the practice day of surgery, I felt like I was safe in the hands of each and every single person there. Not only by Dr. Gross, but by my nurse Sara. They both made sure to go over my procedure, review my wants with the final look, and went step by step with me on what will happen during surgery. Nothing was kept secret. After I woke up from surgery, they still continued to take the best care of me and made sure I got in my car, and home safely after my procedure. They made sure to let me know that if anything happened while I was home, I could text them at anytime to ask questions if I needed it. For context, I had a bone spur in my left nostril, so I had quite a bit of bleeding (no fault to them). I get squeamish when it comes to blood so naturally I panicked (even though they told me bleeding was apart of the process). The second it happened I sent pictures and texts to my nurse Sara and she immediately texted me back with way to stop it and to clam me down. All of which worked instantly. Even when I would text multiple times expressing my fear of the blood, she would never push off my concern and would always be there to assure me everything was normal and would be okay. She did not have to do that, it really just shows the type of compassion Dr. Gross’s team has for their patients. Once my cast came off, I had some swelling which is completely normal, and I was instantly in love. They gave me the nose I’ve always dreamed of. They removed my Dorsal hump, my Bulbous tip, and reshaped my nostrils from coin slots to round circles. He gave me everything I asked for and more! I couldn’t be more happy with their team, I would recommend to anyone I know, over and over again. Thank you Dr. Gross, Sara, and even Shalyn for making my experience unforgettable & outstanding. I will forever be confident in my own skin.

I spent months researching surgeons in both Orlando and Los Angeles before finding Dr. Gross. From my very first consultation, he was honest, direct, and realistic about what to expect and what could be achieved, something I deeply appreciated. Some of the women in his office had their noses done by him, and they all looked stunning and natural. They were also so kind in sharing their experiences, which gave me even more confidence. The entire process, before and after surgery, was exceptional. Having his own surgical center made everything easier and much cleaner. I loved not being in a hospital setting surrounded by unnecessary bacteria. The whole team at Primera deserves recognition. Terri and Kim, the receptionist and case manager, were incredibly kind and helpful every step of the way. Nurse Sara is a powerhouse there! She truly does it all and put me at ease several times. And Andie, the anesthesiologist, was so sweet and explained everything clearly so I knew exactly what to expect. Dr. Gross isn’t just a surgeon, he’s an artist. It’s been almost 1 year after my surgery and I get so many compliments on my nose, even from people who don’t know I got it done! My nose had bothered me for as long as I can remember because of its bulby tip. I had even tried a thread procedure before, but Dr. Gross wasn’t intimidated by that. The results are far beyond my expectations. Like any surgery, there were parts of recovery that weren’t exactly pretty, things like swelling, temporary asymmetry, a bit of leaking, or nostrils looking uneven for a while. But I was fully prepared for it because I had educated myself beforehand, watched other patients’ recovery journeys, and understood what was normal. That’s why I always tell anyone considering rhinoplasty: do your research. Know what to expect so you don’t panic through the process. Everything I experienced was completely typical for a surgery of this capacity, and every single moment of discomfort was worth it. I’d do it all over again in a heartbeat if I had to. 😅 Recovery, of course, depends on your personal pain tolerance and lifestyle; mine was a bit more challenging since I had a one-year-old at the time, but Dr. Gross and his team made everything easier. They answered every question and provided all the guidance and resources I needed for a smooth recovery. Today, I feel prettier, more delicate and more confident. I got married last year, 2 months after the surgery, and absolutely no one could tell I had surgery, but everyone commented on how flawless, delicate and different my face looked. It wasn’t makeup… it was my nose! I hope this helps someone who is looking for a surgeon. Thank you so much to everyone at Primera, and especially Dr. Gross. You have a true gift. The patient coordinator Shalyn was able to make the process so seamless with her attention to detail and willingness to explore all options that fitted best with our needs. Kyn was also warm and welcoming which eased any nerves I had to begin with. She was able to thoughtfully walk-through the whole experience which made all the difference. You can tell Dr Gross put a lot of thought into creating a calming and professional environment.

I had the most amazing experience with Tami for my first VI Peel Precision Plus! I was a little nervous about what to expect because it was my first VI Peel, but she immediately made me feel comfortable and explained the entire process. The treatment itself was quick, easy and painless. Tami walked me through what to expect every step of the way. She genuinely cares about her clients and their results! A week later, my skin looks brighter and more even in pigment and texture. I can't believe just one VI Peel Precision Plus helped the acne scarring that I struggle with! I'm looking forward to returning to Primera again soon! The entire staff is genuinely kind and always makes me feel like family.

I can’t say enough great things about Dr. Gross and his entire staff. From start to finish, the experience was professional, smooth, and incredibly well-organized. Everyone made me feel comfortable, informed, and truly cared for every step of the way. I had a lower face/neck lift, upper eyelids, and CO2 treatment, and I’m so happy with my results. I’m only a few weeks out and already seeing such a beautiful outcome. Dr. Gross’s skill, attention to detail, and the kindness of his team made all the difference. I’m very grateful and would highly recommend them!

This place is wonderful. I had my Botox done here and the experience was so smooth and painless. The staff was professional, friendly, and made me feel very comfortable. I will definitely come back here for my future aesthetic treatments.
