Dr Gross was very warming, nice and very confident there isn't way that you can feel unsafe and respect and also he may sure that you feel important because he listens to you as a person. I have a nice experience talking to him and Shalyn.

I had a consultation with Dr.Gross for my rhinoplasty and it was very well done. He explained all details of the procedure and showed me the future images of my face on the screen. I was impressed with the professionalism and thoughtfulness. His Patient Care Coordinator, Shalyn, is absolutely amazing and provided all necessary information for my decision. I felt very comfortable from the first step into the clinic and just wanted to say Thank You. Looking forward to my rhinoplasty in a few months.
