Case #372 | Rhinoplasty: This patient met Dr. Gross in Winter Park to consult for nose surgery. She was bothered by flared nostrils, a hooked appearance to her tip, and a bump on the profile view. Dr. Gross performed rhinoplasty at Primera Surgery Center in Lake Mary. A tip plasty was done to soften her appearance and excess cartilage and bone shaved down to correct the bump. Botox was used to enhance her eyes. She's very happy with her new look!
