Case #713 | Rhinoplasty | Orlando. This 24-year-old woman broke her nose playing soccer and had problems breathing from a deviated septum. Dr. Gross straightened her crooked nose with osteotomies and also performed a tip plasty and septoplasty. The dorsal hump was also reduced. Her after photos show a straight nose that's thinner, and her breathing is markedly better.
