This 17-year-old high school student from Orlando, FL was unhappy with the dorsal hump on the bridge of her nose, a bulbous nasal tip, and the over-projection of her nose. Dr. Gross performed a cosmetic rhinoplasty with profile reduction to shave down the bump, tip de-projection to bring her nose in closer, and tip plasty to make her nasal tip smaller.
