Rhinoplasty Before & After Case 659

Case# 659 | Nose Surgery | Orlando, FL. This 28-year-old college student was bothered by a prominent nose deformity.  Her nasal bridge was too high and her tip over projected.  Dr. Gross performed a cosmetic rhinoplasty with tip plasty to de-project and rotate her tip upward.  Recovery was 1 week and we used dissolving sutures in the columellar open approach incision.  There is no visible scar and she is very happy with the results at 1 year.
