This 31-year-old Orlando, FL woman was bothered by a crooked, long nose and a dorsal hump. Dr. Gross performed cosmetic rhinoplasty in our on-site, accredited, outpatient surgery center in Lake Mary, Florida, to achieve the results. Her frontal view shows better definition and parallel lines vertically (contour lines) on the nasal sidewall. Osteotomies were done to narrow the bridge. Her nasal profile shows a natural contour and tip rotation. There is no visible scar from the open approach procedure.
