This 33-year-old patient was bothered by her drooping nasal tip, a wide nose, and the width of her nostrils. She was also concerned by the heaviness of her brow line. Dr. Gross performed a complete cosmetic rhinoplasty with bridge narrowing and reduction, tip plasty, and nostril narrowing.
