Rhinoplasty Before & After Case 823

Case #823 | Rhinoplasty: This 22-year-old Orlando woman disliked the dorsal hump on the bridge of her nose. Overall, she felt that her nose looked too large (over-projected) when viewed from the side, and she had a deviated septum from a volleyball injury. Dr. Gross performed a cosmetic rhinoplasty with septal repositioning/breathing improvement and tip de-projection/profile reduction. He also straightened her nasal tip, decreased projection, and raised the tip to give it an upturned/rotated profile. Her results look very natural, feminine, and proportionate.
