Rhinoplasty Before & After Case 1052

This patient had breathing issues and disliked the size and shape of her nose. She had a small bump (dorsal hump) and a bulbous nasal tip, giving her nose an enlarged appearance. After consulting with two general practice plastic surgeons, she met with Dr. Gross and knew she should put her trust in a facial plastic surgeon who specializes in rhinoplasty.

In surgery, Dr. Gross shaved down the small dorsal hump and closed the open roof deformity with osteotomies. He deprojected and rotated her nasal tip, bringing it closer to her face and giving it a subtle upward slant. He also performed a tip plasty to reduce the size and shape of her nasal tip. 

Post surgery, her breathing has improved greatly and her nose better complements her face. She's very happy with her results and her decision to entrust her face to a facial plastic surgeon.
