Nose Job | Orlando , FL. This woman was bothered by and over projected nasal tip and elongated nose.  Dr. Gross performed cosmetic rhinoplasty with lateral crural overlay technique to de-project and rotate her nasal tip up.  As you can see, her nose is closer to her face and the tip is elevated.  Her breathing is improved and she is very happy.  Photos shown at one year with no visible scarring.
