This high school student wanted a thinner nose tip and less hanging columella. Her nasal tip was boxy. After Rhinoplasty or cosmetic nose surgery, her profile is more balanced and feminine. A 6 month result is shown. Note: the tip is elevated and has better shape. This is known as Rotation, according to Dr. Gross
