Rhinoplasty Before & After Case 436

This woman from Kissimmee, FL was bothered by her crooked nose which resulted from a dancing injury several years ago. Arrows on photo show the damaged areas. She had a prior nasal surgery by an ENT without success. She consulted with Dr. Gross for a reconstructive rhinoplasty to straighten her nose. A tip plasty, osteotomies (to re-set the broken nose), and ear cartilage grafting were done to achieve these results. The frontal view shows a corrected nose bridge which is now straight, and her breathing is improved. After photo is shown at 1 month, and she is very happy.
