Revision Rhinoplasty. This close-up view of the nose in our Orlando, FL patient shows nostril asymmetry and a twisted tip following his original nose surgery. After Revision Rhinoplasty and tip plasty, Dr. Gross corrected the nostrils, narrowed the nose tip, and there is no visible scar. Results shown at 1 year. Open approach used.
