Case #382. Mini Lift and Neck Liposuction. This Orlando patient consulted with Dr. Gross for loose skin under her chin and a sagging jawline. Dr. Gross performed a mini lift with liposuction of the neck to remove excess fat and tighten the muscle (SMAS/platysma). The jowl is tighter and excess skin under her chin removed. Her recovery was uneventful, and she has a nice natural result.
