Close-up of Neck Lift. Results at 1 year show an improved neck profile. Dr. Gross performed a facelift and neck lift to give her a sharper jawline and better neck angle. Liposuction was also done to remove excess fat under her chin and in the neck. Recovery is 1 week and the procedure is performed as an outpatient in our Lake Mary office
