Mini Facelift Before & After Case 1059

This patient underwent a combination of procedures performed by Edward J. Gross, MD: a mini facelift, neck lift, brow lift, blepharoplasty, neck liposuction, and DOT CO2 laser skin resurfacing.

In the before photos, the patient shows visible jowling along the lower face, laxity in the neck, heaviness beneath the chin, a lower brow position that narrows the upper eye area, and skin texture changes across the face. The after photos show a firm jawline, a cleaner neck and chin profile, a lifted brow position, and more open upper eyelids. Skin texture across the face and neck appears smoother relative to the before images. The combined approach reflects the scope of change visible across multiple facial zones in the after photos.
