Investing in Confidence, Breathing, and Balance

Rhinoplasty is one of the most transformative procedures we offer—both physically and emotionally. Improving nasal symmetry, correcting a breathing issue, or restoring facial harmony is a life-changing investment for many people. Still, we understand that cost is a major consideration for most patients.

At Primera Plastic Surgery, we believe every patient deserves access to the care they need—whether cosmetic or functional. That’s why we offer transparent pricing and flexible financing that can make your rhinoplasty more affordable than you might expect. In this post, we discuss details to consider and practical ways on how to afford rhinoplasty without compromising your budget or goals.

How Much Does Rhinoplasty Cost?

At our Orlando-area practice, you can typically expect rhinoplasty to cost $10,710 to $12,765. However, your rhinoplasty cost depends on the type and complexity of the procedure—whether it’s purely cosmetic, addresses breathing issues, or combines both.

While individual fees vary, most patients can expect the cost of cosmetic rhinoplasty to fall within our range listed above and on our Pricing page. During your consultation, we’ll provide a personalized quote that includes:

  • Surgeon’s fees
  • All post-op visits for 1 year
  • Computer imaging services

Please note: This estimate does not include anesthesia and facility fees, which are billed separately.

Does Insurance Ever Cover Rhinoplasty?

If your procedure is performed solely for aesthetic enhancement, it is not eligible for insurance reimbursement. However, your procedure may include a functional component that qualifies for partial coverage if you are experiencing concerns such as:

  • Breathing difficulties related to nasal structure
  • Deviated septum (septoplasty may be combined with cosmetic changes)
  • Nasal valve collapse affecting airflow
  • Trauma or injury that altered nasal structure or function
  • Some chronic sinus issues associated with structural problems

Primera Plastic Surgery does not accept insurance, work directly with insurance companies, or submit claims on patients’ behalf. If you believe your procedure may qualify for coverage, you should contact your insurance company to discuss qualification and potential reimbursement. Upon request, we can provide supporting documentation for your personal submission.

Financing Your Procedure

We partner with CareCredit®, a trusted healthcare financing provider, to help patients manage the cost of rhinoplasty with low monthly payments. Qualified applicants can often choose from several financing options, which may include:

  • Short-term, no-interest plans (if paid in full within the promotional period)
  • Longer-term fixed-rate plans with predictable monthly payments
  • Low down payments starting at $2,000
  • Monthly payments as low as $236/month with extended plans

Applying is fast and secure. Going through the prequalifying process to see your options won’t affect your credit. Once approved, you can use CareCredit financing for both your surgeon’s fees and related expenses such as anesthesia and facility charges.

Is Rhinoplasty Worth the Cost?

For the right candidate, rhinoplasty offers more than just a cosmetic change. Many patients report:

  • Improved breathing and reduced congestion
  • Increased self-confidence in photos and social settings
  • Better facial balance and profile symmetry
  • Restored function after trauma or past surgery
  • A nose that finally feels like “theirs”

In fact, rhinoplasty is consistently rated one of the most satisfying plastic surgery procedures, both for its visible results and its long-term emotional benefits.

Making the Most of Your Investment

Planning your rhinoplasty wisely can help you feel confident about your results and your budget. Here are a few ways to maximize value:

  • Explore combined procedures: If you’re considering additional facial enhancements, combining surgeries can reduce anesthesia and facility costs (and consolidate recovery time).
  • Use financing strategically: CareCredit offers promotional plans that make it easier to manage your expenses over time.
  • Plan for optimal timing: Scheduling when you can take time off work or school and recover comfortably helps protect your investment and results.
