Dr. Gross’ surgical fee
Computer imaging and pre-op photographs
One year of postoperative care and follow-up appointments

Not all practices offer this level of comprehensive care. Knowing exactly what’s included helps you compare estimates more accurately. Because every patient’s anatomy and goals are unique, we provide a personalized quote after your consultation.
What Affects the Cost of Rhinoplasty?
Several factors determine your final rhinoplasty cost:
Surgeon Expertise
Rhinoplasty is one of the most complex facial procedures, requiring advanced surgical skill and aesthetic judgment. A double board-certified facial plastic surgeon like Dr. Edward Gross often charges more than less experienced providers—but offers unparalleled safety and results.
Procedure Complexity
Complex surgeries often require more time in the operating room and more surgical skill and expertise. These requirements typically increase the cost of the procedure. Here are some examples:
Open rhinoplasty is generally more involved than closed techniques, allowing for precise reshaping. As a result, an open rhinoplasty often costs more than a closed rhinoplasty.
Revision rhinoplasty costs are also usually higher because the facial plastic surgeon will need to address scar tissue, consider grafting, and use advanced techniques.
Facility and Anesthesia Fees
The total cost of your nose job will depend on where your surgeon performs it. For example, rhinoplasty performed in a hospital may incur higher fees than the same surgery performed in an outpatient facility. We perform rhinoplasty in our QUAD A-accredited outpatient surgical and recovery facility, ensuring your safety, comfort, and privacy. General anesthesia and facility costs are not included in your quote.
Combining Procedures
If you add complementary procedures, such as chin augmentation or eyelid surgery, your overall investment will be higher. Still, these additional procedures can deliver enhanced facial harmony and cost efficiencies.
Postoperative care and supplies
Follow-up appointments (including cast removal), pain medications, and other recovery supplies affect overall procedure costs, and you should factor them into your budget. At Primera Plastic Surgery, we include a full year of complimentary follow-up visits to ensure you receive the best care.
Carefully following your postoperative protocol is essential to a smooth and successful rhinoplasty recovery, so don’t skimp on this crucial phase of your transformation.

Most rhinoplasty procedures are considered cosmetic, so insurance doesn’t cover them. In some cases, if surgery is performed to correct functional breathing issues (such as a deviated septum), insurance providers may offer partial reimbursement.
Like many cosmetic practices in Orlando, our practice does not work directly with insurance companies or submit claims on patients’ behalf. However, some patients contact their insurers independently to explore possible coverage for medically necessary portions of their surgery.
We believe your ideal nose should be within reach. We offer financing options through CareCredit® that make rhinoplasty more manageable. With a down payment of $2,000, you can finance your procedure with monthly payments as low as $236 (60-month term).
Even when your procedure isn’t covered by insurance, planning ahead for all associated costs is important. Beyond the surgeon’s fee, remember to factor in anesthesia, facility fees, and any post-surgery supplies and medications you might need. Thinking through your total investment can help you avoid surprises and ensure your rhinoplasty fits comfortably within your financial plan.
Our team is happy to help you navigate your payment and financing options to find a solution that works for your budget and needs.
