I can’t say enough about how fantastic my whole experience was with Dr. Gross and his team. Dr Gross is so knowledgeable and accurate about his work you know you’re in good hands. The team have the process down to a fine art, there is no worry or confusion. The consolation is clear and accurate and informative with no pressure to go ahead with the procedure. The facility is spotless and comfortable. If it’s a procedure on your face that you are thinking of, I wouldn’t go any where else. Dr. Gross and his team are incredible

Primera Plastics was a great experience overall. I went in for a rhinoplasty septoplasty consultation, and Dr. Gross took care of me and made me feel very comfortable. During the consultation, we took pictures and he listened to all my concerns and sculpted me the perfect nose. Can't wait for my surgery day!

I had an excellent experience with Dr. Gross at Primera Plastic Surgery in August 2024. I recently turned 40 and wanted a fix for a very weak chin, and chose Dr. Gross after seeing pictures of his work on the neck area of other similarly aged men. In the end I found their entire operation to be top-notch, from Dr. Gross himself to the front-of-house staff and nurses, and ultimately to the surgery results. Setting up a consultation was easy. Their receptionists were very professional throughout, and were able to work around the fact that I was visiting from abroad. The initial consultation was excellent - Dr. Gross is very pleasant and friendly in person. I felt like I was getting good advice on what procedures would work for me, but never being up-sold on anything or lead down any particular path. As stated, my main issue was a very weak chin, but I was also curious about correcting a bent ear. After consultation, I decided to have two procedures at once - Otoplasty (ear pinning) on one ear as well as Submentoplasty (a kind of neck-tightening / chin tuck) with a silicone chin implant. I was then taken to look over the costs and potential financing - not cheap, but all very friendly, very clear, no pressure, no hidden fees. I went home and did not decide to go ahead with the surgery until a month had passed - this was no issue. Over the next couple of months pre-surgery the level of communication was excellent and I felt well prepared for the day itself. Once again, they were able to move appointments around my travel schedule which I appreciated. Surgery was very early (I had to show up at 6.30am). After a pleasant and calm pre-surgery anasthetic routine, I woke up mid-morning with my face wrapped tightly in a bandage and headed back to the hotel to recuperate. I was very surprised how little the neck operation hurt. The ear, on the other hand, was more sore. The bandage stayed on entirely for three days, which was frustrating at times. You will need the painkillers, but in general, all I felt was manageable "soreness" rather than "pain". After the bandage came off recovery was easy, and I was up and about after 4 or 5 days. I had check-ups every 3-4 days with Sara, an excellent nurse who guided me through the recovery process, and had two very pleasant ultrasound massages on my neck area in their on-site spa. I felt pretty much fully recovered and back to work after two weeks, though still with numbness at both surgery sites and some neck tightness. It has been a month now and I am very happy with the results. Dr. Gross' suggestion of a chin implant (which I had not intended to get initially) was a very good one. Regarding my neck, the last bits of swelling right under the chin are yet to go down fully but the improvement is immediately obvious (and was even obvious immediatley post-surgery). It's not exactly as per the pre-surgery guidance images, but it's getting closer as swelling subsides. Either way, it's definitely worth it. As for my ear, it is vastly more symettrical now. Dr. Gross did a good job matching it up to my other ear. Most importantly, I do not look at all like I have had surgery done, which is important as a 40 year old man who works as a professional meeting clients. I have had procedures (one cosmetic and many necessary) at other places, so this wasn't my first medical experience. I would say my experience at Primera was by a distance the best of them all. I would highly recommend Dr. Gross to any man looking for a facial cosmetic surgeon.
