I was given the wonderful opportunity to have my rhinoplasty done by Dr. Gross at Primera Plastic Surgery. From the consultation up until 3 months post-op (which is now), I have not once had an unsatisfactory experience here. Everyone who works at Primera is so talented and trained to answer each and every question I had. During the consultation, I met with Dr. Gross and Ms. Shalyn and went over exactly what I was looking for in my new nose. Dr. Gross created an edited photo of how my nose may look post-surgery and I was so happy with how it look. But in reality, my nose looks even better post-op than it did in the edited photo! I am a perfectionist in every aspect of my life, and even more so when it comes to my face. I am very picky with everything I do, so you can imagine how worried I was to let a doctor change a major part of my face while under anesthesia. I cannot emphasize enough how shocked and happy I am with my results. I had heard from many people that when the nose cast comes off there will be regrets and worries about the outcome since the nose will be very swollen and large, but there was not a single moment during this entire process where I regretted getting a rhinoplasty from Dr. Gross. Even after my cast came off, my nose looked instantly better than it did before and I saw the vision of how my nose will look in the future. Again, I am super happy with how my nose came out because it was exactly what I wanted and expected. Additionally, the day of the surgery I met with Ms. Sara, the surgical nurse, to get me prepared for the surgery, and she is super sweet and made me feel calm and relaxed until I was put under. Ms. Sara was always available post-surgery to answer any questions and concerns I had, and she always answered my texts in a timely manner. I am so glad to have had Ms. Sara be my nurse for this major procedure because she made the process much easier for me and I am so grateful for everything she did for me. Overall, I am absolutely recommending for anyone who is considering getting a rhinoplasty to schedule a consultation with Dr. Gross, Primera Plastic Surgery is the best!
Great people, process and product. Im 6 months out from rhinoplasty. Its a work in progress because you have to tape, compress and massage. There are routines to keep up with. My procedure is a good result. Mainly my breathing is really good for the first time ever. I had a collapsed right nostril from previous trauma. It seems to be holding up well. There is still swelling but my nose is straighter and much better looking. Im pretty well satisfied that the operation is a success. Normal swelling, numbness and a tendency for the tip to pull back to its unwanted position. Im doing some exercises to try and keep that into position. Time will tell.

Fabulous. I had Co2 ablation for my Rhynophyma. The result was outstanding. Very pleasant and talented staff.

I had a cyst on my face for over 7years. It would inflame & scar year after year. Doc & derm seen it, mess with it, & told me to go to a plastic surgeon for complete removal. I was nervous because I was told it could result in a bigger scar, it could come back, etc. I went ahead with this location that put emphasis on "we do faces" I'm very happy with my cyst removal with Dr.Gross. Cyst with scar was around my smile line and he cut it out clean, stitch, and it looks like it was never there. THANK YOU!!! I recommend 👍👍 Skilled hands & an awesome staff

Love my new nose and THANK YOU Dr.Gross for my new life! I had my surgery done just 2 weeks ago and this Christmas was a real miracle for me! I trusted Dr Gross and his team from the first consultation and till the end of the process. No any doubts. Everything was working like a Swiss clocks - no mistake, no delay, amazing quality and results. Recovery was not bad at all, quick and smooth. His team provides all necessary details and always available for any questions. Besides of my nose shape Dr. Gross fixed my breathing problems as well. And now I am very happy with new me that I see in the mirror and with my full breathing.

Had rhinoplasty surgery. Dr. Gross is an extremely talented surgeon and personable. His staff is very friendly and helpful. They put me at ease before and after my surgery. Highly recommend.

This is a great place to get your fixins. The people are awesome and the place is clean. The ladies at the front desk are beautiful polite ladies.
