Case Details
This 20-year-old woman was bothered by asymmetry and swelling of the left side of her face. This was diagnosed as masseter muscle hypertrophy. We treated with Botox to reduce the fullness in the left side of her jaw. Botox is an FDA-approved treatment to reduce muscle activity in the face. Juvederm Vollure (lip filler) was also used to plump her lips in a natural fashion.
