Results of upper and lower eyelid lift for 60-year-old Orlando man. He had sun exposure and elastosis of the eyelids. This was followed by Botox therapy to produce a younger, more youthful looking eye with a natural shape. Botox therapy is used following all eyelid surgeries to allow the muscles to relax and create an optimal outcome.
