Case Details
This Orlando, FL gentleman sustained major trauma to his nose and required Reconstructive Rhinoplasty with cartilage grafting and dorsal implant. His septum was deviated and this was also corrected to improve his breathing. He underwent a prior nose surgery that left him with deformity and scarring. Dr. Gross performed his outpatient procedure at Primera Plastic Surgery in Lake Mary Florida. Photos are shown at 1 year.
