Case #284 | Neck Lift: This gentleman approached Dr. Gross with concerns of “looking older than he feels.” As you see in the above photos, Dr. Gross was able to turn back the clock and give him a more youthful, defined jawline with a neck lift, which tightens the platysma muscle.
