This young man from North Florida was unhappy with the bump on his nose (known as a dorsal hump) and the way his nasal tip curved downward. He also felt that his nose projected too far from his face. Dr. Gross performed a complete cosmetic rhinoplasty with osteotomies to narrow his dorsum. He shortened the length of his nose and shaved down the dorsal hump so that his profile looks natural.
