Case Details
This 32-year-old Orlando woman of Mexican descent was bothered by a wide, droopy nose and large nostrils. She also did not like the dorsal hump. Dr. Gross performed Rhinoplasty thru an open approach incision to perform tip plasty, tip rotation, and nostril narrowing (Weir reductions). She obtained a beautiful Rhinoplasty result!
The Base View shows well concealed/ hidden incisions. Front View shows narrowing/ thinning of the nose.
