Rhinoplasty Before & After Case 940

This young woman from Central Florida was bothered by the bump (known as a dorsal hump) on the bridge of her nose. She also disliked how the tip of her nose slanted downward. Dr. Gross helped her with a cosmetic rhinoplasty in which he shortened the length of her nose, de-projected the tip, shaved down the dorsal hump, and straightened the septum. Her nose now has a more proportionate and feminine appearance. The bump is gone, replaced with a concave slope and an upturned tip. She looks beautiful and is very happy with her results!
