Rhinoplasty Before & After Case 931

This young woman was unhappy with several aspects of her nose. She disliked how the tip of her nose curved downward, especially when smiling, and she felt that her nose was too wide with a bulbous tip. Dr. Gross performed a cosmetic rhinoplasty with tip narrowing and rotation. He shaved down the small bump on the bridge of her nose and thinned out the width. He also made her nostrils smaller.
