Rhinoplasty Before & After Case 928

This 17-year-old student from Orlando, Florida was bothered by a dorsal hump, long nose, and droopy tip. She also had nasal blockage and septal deviation. We performed a Cosmetic Rhinoplasty with tip plasty, tip de-projection, and tip rotation. An open approach rhinoplasty was performed to address thick skin and a drooping/ hanging columella. Her after picture shows balance and harmony. Front view shows a refinement and thinning of the bulbous tip.
