Rhinoplasty Before & After Case 910

This 38 year old from Orlando/ Oviedo, FL was bothered by a long pointy nose, dorsal hump and blocked breathing in her Right nostril Dr. Gross performed cosmetic Rhinoplasty thru the open approach and shortened her nose. The dorsal hump was reduced and she is very happy. Breathing was improved with nasal septoplasty and turbinate cautery. Example of Lateral Crural Overlay technique to de-project the tip and use of spreader grafts to correct middle vault instability.  The open approach rhinoplasty technique was used and there is no visible scarring.
