Case Details
This Ocala, Florida, patient wanted a more feminine and refined nose. She had prior nasal polyp removal and septoplasty. Dr. Gross reduced the dorsal hump and did a tip plasty with the Lateral Crural Overlay Technique. Lysis of scar bands and multiple cartilage grafts were needed to re-build her nose and support the nasal valves.
