Case #902 | Rhinoplasty | Surgery for Men | Orlando: This young man was bothered by a crooked nose and pointy, drooping nasal tip. He had been hit in the nose with a baseball as a child, which caused the crooked appearance and also gave him breathing issues. Dr. Gross performed a cosmetic rhinoplasty with tip grafting, tip deprojection, and septal repositioning. He straightened the length of his nose with osteotomies, and repaired the deviated septum to improve his breathing. The after photos show a rounded nasal tip that doesn't droop downward, and a much straighter dorsum. His nose looks much better, and his breathing has improved greatly!
