Rhinoplasty Before & After Case 889

Case #889 | Rhinoplasty | Orlando, FL: This patient was bothered by a crooked nose and small dorsal hump on the bridge of her nose. Both issues were caused by a childhood softball injury. Dr. Gross performed a cosmetic rhinoplasty with profile reduction, tip plasty, tip rotation, and tip de-projection. He also corrected her deviated septum to improve her breathing. Her after photo shows a more streamlined profile with an upturned tip. She's very happy with her results cosmetically, and the improved breathing makes the outcome even better!
