Case# 865. Nose Job | Orlando, FL. This Orlando woman was bothered by a dorsal hump and breathing issues. We corrected her nose with cosmetic rhinoplasty and reduce the dorsal hump, osteotomies were performed to narrow the nasal bridge and straighten it and tip plasty performed to rotate and elevate her nasal tip. An open approach rhinoplasty was used and there is no visible scar. She is very happy.
