Case #863 | Rhinoplasty | Brow Lift: This Orlando patient was unhappy with the dorsal hump on her nose and a heavy brow line. Dr. Gross recommended a complete cosmetic rhinoplasty along with an endoscopic brow lift. Her eyes appear more open and youthful from the brow lift, and her nose is much slimmer and streamlined following the rhinoplasty. A radix graft was placed to raise the upper portion of her nose bridge. Her results look natural, and she's very pleased!
