Dr. Gross performed a breathing improvement complete cosmetic rhinoplasty with profile reduction, bridge narrowing, tip plasty, and tip rotation. Her nose is much more proportionate with a feminine shape. Her breathing has also improved following the surgery. She's super pleased with both outcomes!
