Case# 778. This Orlando businessman suffered a broken nose and septal deviation. His septum was hanging out of the left side of his nose. Dr. Gross corrected his nose with cosmetic rhinoplasty, septoplasty, and tip plasty. Surgery was performed in our Lake Mary, Florida surgery Center with a 1 week recovery and minimal pain. Internal splints were used to stabilize his nasal septum. Breathe Easy.
