She wanted subtle, natural-looking results, so Dr. Gross performed a complete cosmetic rhinoplasty with profile reduction, tip plasty, and tip rotation. The bridge of her nose now has slight concavity and the tip curves upward instead of down. She couldn't be happier with her results!
