Rhinoplasty Before & After Case 745

This 18-year-old student from Orlando, FL was bothered by a severely crooked nose. There was no history of trauma; however, her septum was deviated and her breathing passages blocked. Dr. Gross performed a cosmetic Rhinoplasty and septoplasty with turbinate cautery to correct the curve to her nose. Breathe Easy internal splints were used to temporarily support her septum. Her breathing is improved and her nose is now straight!
