Case # 739. This 55-year-old woman from Orlando was bothered by a wide nose, bulbous tip and wide nostrils. Dr. Gross performed a cosmetic rhinoplasty/ nose job with Nostril narrowing, tip plasty, bridge narrowing and tip rotation to achieve these results. This is a very common anatomic feature in Ethnic rhinoplasties in Peruvian patients, which we correct. Her profile view shows a nice change in the nostrils and lifting of the tip.
